Join us for a Green Building Authors and Advocates lecture with Carol Venolia featuring her latest book called Natural Remodeling for the Not-So-Green-House on Thursday, September 21st from 6-7:30pm. Carol Venolia is an Author, Educator, Architect & Columnist for Natural Home Magazine. She has been called a "Green Trailblazer." Her previous books include Healing Environments: Your Guide to Indoor Well-Being. This event, co- sponsored by Build It Green is free and open to the public. On Tuesday September 26th from 7- 9pm as part of the month long Architecture and the City Lecture Series, Green Fusion will team up with The San Francisco chapter of the American Institute of Architects (SFAIA) and the Redwood Empire chapter of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) to sponsor an exciting event called "Designing Beyond Green." Moderated by local green advocate and host of Eco-Talk Radio, Betsy Rosenberg, this event features Dr. Eugene Tsui, Architect, Author and Principal of Tsui Design & Research; Anthony Bernheim, FAIA, Principal, Green Design, SMWM, Architecture, Interiors, Planning + Urban Design; Kimberly Rider, Owner and Founder of Atmosphera an Interior Design Firm; and Greg Snowden Owner and Founder of Green Fusion Design Center. Join us as we explore the possibilities for creating environments that nurture our need for health, beauty and sustainability. Topics discussed will include:

• From Green to Restorative Design
• The Art and Science of Choosing Green
• Eco-Life: Fun Ways to green your life
